These terms govern use of this Afiyah early-access website. They are intentionally limited to information, registration and introductory communications.
1. Website purpose
This website introduces Afiyah Infinity AI and allows Sisters, prospective Portal users, general supporters, Partners and Investors to join a waitlist. Waitlist registration does not create a portal account, membership, partnership, investment allocation or entitlement to a future service.
2. Information only
Content is general educational and corporate information. It is not a fatwa, medical diagnosis, legal opinion, financial advice, investment recommendation or offer of regulated financial services.
3. Product status
Roadmaps and module descriptions show intended phased development. Features labelled Foundation, Next or Partner-gated may change and should not be treated as currently available unless explicitly stated.
4. Partner and investor discussions
Any partnership, pilot or investment proceeds only through separate due diligence, approved documentation and applicable legal requirements. Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation to invest.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or provide another person’s information without permission. Company-profile upload is limited to legitimate PDF, DOC or DOCX material; never upload identity, banking or medical documents.

Afiyah names, branding, original content and product architecture remain the property of their respective rights holders. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without permission.
7. Changes
Afiyah may update this website and these terms as the product, governance and legal position mature. The updated date will show when these terms change.
