This notice explains how this Afiyah early-access website handles the information you choose to provide. It applies to this website’s interest-registration experience; other Afiyah products may provide additional, feature-specific notices.
1. What we collect
We collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, selected pathway and any optional interest message. Partners and investors may optionally provide LinkedIn, a company website or an uploaded company profile. We also record the consent version, time and source of the registration.
2. Why we use it
We use this information to manage early-access interest, understand audience priorities, send relevant launch communications and invite suitable participants to product, partner or investor conversations.
3. What we do not collect here
This waitlist does not ask for passports, national IDs, bank details, health records, religious-practice scores or personal investment-account information. Do not include sensitive personal information in the optional message or company profile.
4. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Access is limited to Afiyah and service providers acting on its instructions where required to operate the service. Any future partner sharing must use a separate purpose-specific disclosure and consent.
5. Retention and security
Records are kept only while needed for the stated waitlist purpose, legal obligations and operational accountability. Structured registrations are stored in a protected database. Optional company documents are stored in private object storage and are not publicly addressable.
6. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete your registration, or withdraw from communications, by emailing hello@afiyahverse.com.
7. Supabase and future product features
A reviewed server-to-server connector may synchronize waitlist data with the separate Supabase-backed portal registration system. Any elevated Supabase key remains inside protected backend infrastructure and is never included in website or browser code. Accounts, AI, identity verification, partner sharing and other product features require additional notices and controls before launch.
